We will be performing scheduled maintenance on the Open API, Job Service, and Email Service on Sunday, 10/18, at 8pm CST. A brief service interruption of approximately 30 minutes is expected.

Impact: During the maintenance window, API requests that rely on connected cloud services may fail. Failed requests will not automatically retry and may need to be resubmitted by the calling system once service is restored.

Clients with custom API integrations should ensure their systems can retry failed requests as needed.
